Soul Gem of Etrius vs Temptation and Corruption (LSJ)

The situation : Justine, Elder of Dallas is now with a Fortitude discipline card and is equiped with the Soul Gem of Etrius. Justine is also with a Temptation and 5 Corruption counter on her. Now, Justine is burned in combat and the controler of Justine draw a card from his crypt. The vampire is Justine, without the Fortitude discipline. That younger Justine comes into play at maximum capacity and inherits the Soul Gem of Etrius. My question : Did the Temptation card and the Corruption Counter are on the new incarnation of Justine ? Nothing indicates that the cards and counters on Justine are not burned when she is (except for Soul Gem), so they are burned when she is, per the rules.
