This card says you can tap it for an extra master phase, does this mean you can use blood dolls twice, place two temptation counters, get 4 master card plays with Rumors of Ghenna etc. or does it mean you can do 1 addition master card play?

So you could play another master card or draw a blood off an investment but thats about it. Anson in V:tes has simialar wording. Rory The Ref at refp...@best.com

It's not another Master Phase, it's another Master Phase *Action*. Cards such as Protracted Investment or others which say "To something as your Master Phase Action" can be done multiple times, but Blood Doll can be done only once. -- +-------------------------------------------------------+ | Assamite | | (assa...@inlink.com) | +-------------------------------------------------------+ | http://www.angelfire.com/pages0/assamite/index.html | +-------------------------------------------------------+ | If there were a Cell Z, I'd be a member of it... | +-------------------------------------------------------+

Anson and Rumors both state (In the Jyhad versions, anyway) that they give you two master-phase actions, not +1 action. Playing either of these in conjunction with the other still only gives you 2 actions. Playing either of them in conjunction with the PArthenon, however, will allow you to get up to three, as the parthenon specifically says 'an additional master phase action' rather than a specific number. So you can get 3 not four. [ quoted text not captured ]
