I suspect the answer will be no. She would need explicit card text
to be able to play cards that require Auspex and Obeah (like, and/or).

Correct. Same as for Ian Forestal.

Huh?
I thought Ian Forestal was limited by his "a Discipline" where "a" was
interpreted as "one".
Alia's "or" is not to be interpreted as a logical "or"?
What about the new card (don't want to spoil card as a lot of people
on this side yet have to play their pre-releases) that targets X
vampires controlled by prey or predator? If X is two I can't target
one vamp belonging to prey and one belonging to predator?
When I have Barth ready and untapped, must I decide if his ability
works on either prey or predator each time Barth becomes ready and
untapped?

Ian can play cards that require [cel] or [for], right?
But he can't play Forced March.

No, it is to be interpreted as a grammatical or.
It is not to be interpreted as a superset of a logical "and".

You can. It will then be undirected.
Each chosen minion is controlled by either your predator or
your prey. None of the chosen minions is controlled by both
your predator and your prey.

Similarly, no.

What if I am giving him a Fortitude Discipline Card, could he then play
Forced March?
