Searching this newsgroup?

Hello All, What's the best way to search this newsgroup, now that Google is restricting searches to the recent past? I wanted to know what happens if a minion uses a zip gun, the opposing minion uses S:CE (strike: Combat Ends), and then a minion uses Telepathic Tracking. What happens to the self-inflicted damage from the zip gun in round 1, or in round 2? Thanks, Ira

Use the "search all groups" button, but include "groups:rec.*.jyhad" in your search terms. That *seems* to lift the restriction. > I wanted to know what happens if a minion uses a zip gun, the opposing > minion uses S:CE (strike: Combat Ends), and then a minion uses > Telepathic Tracking. If it is used in the second round, then it will deal its damage to the bearer as normal.

If you are on this page... http://groups.google.com/group/rec.games.trading-cards.jyhad/topics ... and you enter your search terms next to the “search this group” button, you will for some reason get only recent results. I am not aware of problems searching via any other route. For instance, “search groups” on the same page yields unrestricted results. Also, if you go to this page (the basic google-groups page): http://groups.google.com / and click on “advanced groups search” thereby arriving at this page: http://groups.google.com/advanced_search?q=& and enter whatever search criteria you desire (ie. Author: LSJ; and/or Group: rec.*.jyhad), you should get unrestricted results.
