If a piece of equipment has a requirement to use it printed
in card text, does that amount to a requirement to equip
with it as well? I'm wondering if I can use, say, Smudge
the Ignored to equip with Seal of Veddartha and then
Heidelberg it to Arika so she can use the +1 bleed the
same turn. I know StI can possess it but gains no benefit
from it. Something in the back of my mind is making
me think this doesn't work but I can't find the actual
rule anywhere.
