I, genius that I am, discovered a nasty combo last night using Heidelburg Castle. I put Fame on a vamp, and bled my prey. He blocked. After he declared block, but before combat, I tapped Heidelburg to move all blood from the Famous vamp to another. Torporville! My prey was not amused, since he had only 3 pool...

UNIQUE LOCATION. Tap to transfer equipment cards, move blood, and transfer retainers between any two ready vampires you control (you may choose the amount of blood you move and which cards you transfer). Equipment, blood, retainers - not masters. Card text does not allow for moving of masters... including Fame. Nice try... no cigar. :-) Shane H.W. I tried this also, however, my illustrious opposing meth pulled a pulled fangs out of his butt and POOF went the Famous Vamp. Sometimes great card combos can backfire. It only backfired because of an inappropriate circumvention of the timing rules for Pulled Fangs and Torpor: The opposing vampire cannot pull fangs unless he inflicts more damage than you do. This implies that he inflicts at least one damage which remins unprevented. One damage to an empty vampire will send it to torpor immediately after strike resolution (before the press step). Since Pulled Fangs can only be used during the press step, it cannot be played in this case. The Famous one goes to torpor. -- L. Your famous vampire goes to torpor the instant it takes hand damage. As such, the Press phase never happens, and your fangs cannot be pulled. > Stu > -- > "On the issue of galactic peace, I am long past innocence and fast > approaching apathy.
