No. The Location-equipment cards from DS and AH have errata stating that they are not considered equipment once in play - they are only equipment while the equip action is in progress. (The ones from Sabbat have explicit card text explaining this). Loquipment was ruled as follows: It is equip until it is actually equipped, at which point it becomes a location... i.e. you can't shattering blow a palatial estate because it is already a "location" when you have the opportunity to shatter it. Feel free to wait for more credible sources... :( -spongy

Hmmm. Does this mean that Equiment-Locations cannot be transferred from one vampire to another by any means in the current game? John B. Whelan

No. You can use Disputed Territory or <that dominate card that steals locations> to take the locations from another Methuselah. Anytime a new Meth. gets control of one of these locations, she places it on one of her available minions/vampires. [ quoted text not captured ]

But you couldn't pass a palatial estate from one of the vampires you control to another vampire you control? Michael

[ quoted text not captured ] No. It can only be moved when it is taken by another Methuselah. [ quoted text not captured ]
