Greets to you all. It's me speaking, not WotC (again).
First off, before I read any posts since yesterday, I want to apologize
for my tirade. Yeah, I did receive some pretty harsh personal e-mail,
and yes, I won't be answering those messages. Even in my
hot-headedness, I won't tolerate that. :)
Seriously, I *want* you to send e-mail to me, if it is something you
want only me to see personally. It's not just my job--I want to hear
your opinions. YOU ALL (and those w/o net access) are the reason why
V:TES has survived through all the hardships it has faced. In the light
of everything, you have remained dedicated to the game, and have given
people like me a chance to work on it, for better or for worse.
I appreciate all the support people have sent me via e-mail (even when I
said not to send any <grin>) and the constructive ideas people sent as
well. They are taken for what they are, and I say thanks.
Also, let me clarify my original tirade just a bit. My honstility was
not over the various discussion we have been having (oh, Ian comes to
mind), but rather some of the personal messages I received, attacking me
personally (or so I interpreted). I *want* to hear from you, but not if
it going to be beligerent. Does that clear things up? God, I hope so.
Anyway, this message is motivated by my second post yesterday, one in
which I pledged my support to you all. This still stands. I am
probably just as fanatical about the game as anyone else here, and I
want the game to go some places.
Let's keep the ball rolling, and please forgive my tendencies to be a
jerk. :)
