First, let's all congratulate LSJ one more time. This is the best news since I have been reading this newsgroup. Now for the questions: 1) When you play reform body in combat, can it be your turn? (The text says this reacting vampire plays the card, which seems to indicate it is not usable on your turn but I wasn't sure.) 2) I'm sure this is an old question, but if you use Dragon Breath Rounds with a Zip Gun, does the shooter still take the one damage, or does the gun burn before that? 3) If a situation arises where a vampire is untapped with zero blood, and has already hunted this turn, (like using superior Majesty after hunting with one blood and being blocked, etc.), are you alowed to hunt? If not are you alowed to take other actions? Thanks for the help. Dallas

It is usable on your own turn, as a combat card (*) : 2) I'm sure this is an old question, but if you use Dragon Breath Rounds with a Zip : Gun, does the shooter still take the one damage, or does the gun burn before that? Since the gun was used, the shooter takes one damage (maximum of 1 per combat). : 3) If a situation arises where a vampire is untapped with zero blood, and has : already hunted this turn, (like using superior Majesty after hunting with one blood : and being blocked, etc.), are you alowed to hunt? If not are you alowed to take : other actions? You are not allowed to hunt, under the "no repeat actions" rule. You are not allowed to do anything else, under the "empty-vampire-must-hunt" rule. Therefore, the empty, untapped vampire who is prevented from hunting is stuck, and can take no action. -- L. Scott Johnson (vte...@regency.wizards.com) Official VtES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast. >2) I'm sure this is an old question, but if you use Dragon Breath Rounds with a Zip >Gun, does the shooter still take the one damage, or does the gun burn before that? You shoot gun, gun recoils and whacks you in the face, causing one point of damage, opposing minion gets torched and the zip gun becomes useless and is discarded. You take the damage. >3) If a situation arises where a vampire is untapped with zero blood, and has >already hunted this turn, (like using superior Majesty after hunting with one blood >and being blocked, etc.), are you alowed to hunt? If not are you alowed to take >other actions? If you need to hunt but you can't hunt, you're just standing there agonizing and can take no actions. You can still block. --- Liam Burke "Only a Malkavian would attack Cthulhu with laughing gas..." -overheard

You take the damage. Okay, how about this: Minion A pulls a Zip Gun and moves to range. Minion B plays Majesty. Does Minion A take the 1 damage, since he 'used' the Zip Gun? No, because Zip Gun deals its damage during strike resolution [TOM 960206], and S:CE ends combat before that time. [ quoted text not captured ]

On the other hand, if he has to pay one blood to use a strike, then he would have to lose the blood.

And it might not have been Cthulhu, but something that looked just like him. And Donovan was a Malkavian antitribu. -Nathan Harada _____________________________________________________________ I am going to burn down the world I am going to tear down everything that cannot stand alone I am going to turn ideals to shit I am going to shove hope up your ass I am going to reduce everything that stands to rubble And then I am going to burn the rubble And then I am going to scatter the ashes And then maybe SOMEONE will be able to see SOMETHING as it really is WATCH OUT -- Mel Lyman _____________________________________________________________

Well, Nathan, that wasn't necessarily the point. Plus, I knew that. Plus, um, well, um, I knew that. Plus, oh wait, I said that. Um, well, I didn't say it. It says itself, it was overheard. Um, it was that guy (points). Yeah, that's it. (bonus points if you understood what I just said) --- [ quoted text not captured ]

Yeah, that's it. >(bonus points if you understood what I just said) How many bonus points do I get for putting up with you, Liam? (Sorry for the inconvenience to anyone else on the newsgroup, but one of Nathan and my friends has just arrived on the newsgroup. He's incoherent, but that's not entirely unexpected. Sigh....) [ quoted text not captured ] Actually, Alec, he's been more coherent than most newbies to rec.games.trading-cards.jyhad. He's been better than I was when I started posting. Note, Liam, don't go on an ego trip. I've seen the 728 posts from you on rec.games.roguelike.nethack (AOL bills, anyone?) Well, Liam-it's nice that you're posting. See you later.
