Release date for Waxen Poetica?

Hi LSJ, since the card text for the new promo, Waxen Poetica, is not up on the web site yet: What is the official release date for that card (or, in other words: when will it become tournament legal)? Regards, Hardy Range

"Hannibal [Promo-20040409]" - from WW's card list. The only thing to do would be to post the card texts for promos earlier. And since there is no card text for Waxen yet you can assume that it's not legal yet :) Sathriel
