At the press step (after all strikes have resolved), or when the round
ends if it ends before the press step (one of the minions is no longer
ready or one of the strikes was a Combat Ends strike).

Yes. No. No. No (DotB does it's damage after the press step, or when
then round ends prematurely - this latter case would still have DotB
deal its damage after the time at which you could play PF, I believe).

If Sarah gains additional strikes, Boy Toy will have to wait for all of
those strikes to resolve before Pulling Sarah's Fangs (at which point
he probably won't qualify for the job).
