In the jyhad rules about dogdes it says the following a dodge may be used
in leiu of a strike does this mean that
I play my strike
He/she plays a real nasty strike
I play dodge?

No. Dodge is always considered as a strike.

No. It says a Dodge *might be thought of* as more in lieu of a strike, but it
is still a strike.

No. You only get one choice for your strike; once made - you can't change it.
