I am in serious trouble. My name appears in the Dead Letter List for "unstamped IRC". I tried to send 2 stamped IRCs today, but the post official told me that they don't stamp them!!!!!!. Please advise on what to do. What exactly do you mean by a stamped IRC ????????? i live in Greece and they have heard this for the first time. They say that you have to stamp it when you send me the letter. Georgios Tsagianidis.

Please advise on what to do. Find a post office that knows how to use them. The originating post office ink stamps over the origination box (in your case, the box with the GR country code). Then the receiving country (in this case, USA) stamps the received box when the coupon is exchanged for local international postage. > What exactly do you mean by a stamped IRC ????????? An ink stamp over the country code validating the coupon. > i live in Greece and they have heard this for the first time. > They say that you have to stamp it when you send me the > letter. True. The US post office stamps the other side. Your post office stamps your side (first). -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. Thanks, maybe you guys in the US should send someone here to teach them how do do their jobs, because i really doubt that they know how. I know that this is a harsh thing to say, but i am really dissapointed that they don't know how to handle an IRC in 2004. don't know such a simple
