So i have been thinking of building a black hand anarch deck for some
time now but have been short on any good ideas ( Free States Rant +
Marijava Thuggee blood denial has been the best i can think of). Any
ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Bonus point for the use of
Remover.

Somehow I think that wouldn't be possible because of one thing: If a
vampire changes sect, that is, goes from being Sabbat to being
Independent, he/she can't be Black Hand anymore. Maybe I'm wrong. LSJ,
can you confirm that this is true/false?

You could combine Banjoko, Teresita and Kazimir Savostin. Three
Seraphs with Tattoo Signals and Dominions would be highly amusing.
Then you have Powerbase: Los Angeles and Watchtower: Four Ride Forth,
as well. All those untap effects might make Power of All pretty
decent.
Hell-for-Leathers and Disarms for combat (and a Corporal Reservoir for
Banjoko because he doesn't have ani).
Truth in Ink, Ministry and maybe Friend of Mine for defense.
The crypt could be something like
2x Teresita (the second one is for left over Kamuts)
1x Kazimir Savostin
1x Banjoko
8x Anarch Convert
which solves the problems of getting all 3 Seraphs and making them
anarch. That's all I can think of right now. Hope you like it.

Black Hand is just a keyword; it's not tied to sect. (For instance,
see the rulings on the newsgroup about how merged Tariq is an
Independent Black Hand vampire.)
(Anarch is tied to sect, as it notes in the rulebook.)

I'm only using Black Hand to run Corporal Reservoirs in this build,
but maybe this is a base for something you could fiddle with.

Do you feel that the build you just posted is any stronger than the
original?
Deck Name : tariq blocks
Author :
Description :
The basic concept is Tariq becomes an anarch, gets atoned, then merges
to up his capacity back to 7+. Black Sunrise combines very nicely with
Atonement for serious blocking ability. The only rush in the deck is
Tariq's inherent; instead there are 8 Eagle's Sight. Having strong
eagle's ability means you can block anything you don't like on the
table. That includes things like rescues of your prey, votes you don't
like, votes to remove your anarch revolts, etc. For ousting it has
anarch revolts, many draughts, and four 1 caps to speed up the
bleeding a bit. The DotS also makes the Eagle's especially mean, since
it's easy to crank tariq up to 3+ permenant intercept. Of course,
anyone that looks block-fail-ish is a prime target for getting rushed.
Another strength of the deck is that Tariq is basically weapon combat,
and anarchs get Groundfighting, the best weapon booster ever. He's
also a cel/for vampire, and Diversion is another reason, almost enough
on its own, to go anarch.
About why there isn't a Smiling Jack in there.... it auto-screws the
whole table. Like Leandro, or Baltimore Purge. It's only rational for
you to start getting messed with cross-table, and I'd rather be just
another dec focusing on his prey and fending off his predator. If I
want, I can build up the Anarch Revolts on the table and let everybody
but my prey (yes, even my predator, maybe in return for some
concessions) go anarch. Then, when I'm close to ousting my prey, I can
"round the corner" early by taking out my grand-prey's anarchs. But I
generally don't want to build up any more cross-table fear and ire
than I absolutely must.

Huh?? Has this card been spoiled?? What is its card text? Where is the
spoiler? Where are others?
Am I the only one feeling uninformed??

All the vampires were posted on thepathofblood.com (http://

Anarch Convert Caitiff 1 No Disciplines any Group Independent Anarch
When the convert enters play, you may remove him from the game to make
a non-titled vampire you control anarch and either gain 1 pool or draw
a card from your crypt.
So it's like a Tupdog and a Galaric's Legacy in one package.

So, despite what is in the stories from old VTM books(from what I
remember) that Black Hand were only sabbat, you can be a Black hand
Indep, huh?
What about Seraph? Also just a keyword? I assume so since Black Hand
already is...

The the RPG books, the black hand had infiltrated all sects and clans, and maybe
even the Inconnu.

Yes.

It doesn't necessarily insure that you actually draw all 3 Seraphs,
though; you'd still need to account for 'what if my only copies of
Kazmir and Banjoko are buried in my crypt'.
Might be better doing something like 2x each of the Seraphs and 6
Converts, and even then you're limiting yourself to only 4 vampires in
play, at most.

If the Seraphs are in the crypt you'll just have to dig them out,
that's what Anarch Convert is for. Adding second copies would
introduce the chance of getting two pairs and stop the flow of
Converts. Not gamebreaking but still annoying and slows you down a few
turns.

Think about Elimelech. He gains the most from Powerbase: LA and
Watchtower: Four Ride Fourth. He can also easily get a lot of votes
(Rise of Nephtali, Emergency Powers) - he needs Fueled By the Heart's
Blood anyway, so you're going to have 3-4 Gehenna cards. And he's the
best one to play Free States Rant, if you wish - for 6 blood!

Elimilech is scary. I had a predator using him on me the other day.
Once he got a blessing of chaos and a sengir dagger, there wasn't much
my Setite vote deck could do. I had plenty of Majesties, but they're
no use against someone with Blessing. And then he hits for first
strike agg, yuck. can't even punch him for one. I suppose those are
the situations where you need a Banishment... actually no that
wouldn't work either because it's only on younger. boo.

Mmm, I suppose you can keep making your existing vampires Anarch over
and over again, for the flow. Sure, that'd work.

LOLZ
Ben and I were discussing that the other day. He reckons it's the
worst card ever printed. It's pretty bad but I'm not so sure. And it
does hose Elimilech gets Blessings of Chaos and destroys everyone
decks!!
Actually I'm thinking of going with hurty fighting when playing
Setites. Skin of the Adder and Target Vitals or something. Sick of
majesties. Nakh with Skin and TV is awesome... you grapple me and
punch me for 4? Meh I'll prevent one and punch you for 5. No disarm
for you.

How could it be the worst card ever printed? S:CE that is
disciplineless?
I played 1 in my Nats deck last year that was an OBF Prince/Justicar
First Trad/Shift.
There are plenty worse cards out there, and if you're playing a deck
that doesn't ahve a S:CE discipline as a dominant one, but still want
to avoid combat (OBF/DOM for instance), then it's fine.
