[Q] Canopic Jars through Pier 13

Hi all, Minion has Pier 13. Can he/she use it to equip with Canopic Jars if he/she has no Serpentis? Same situation, but he/she has SER. Can the Canopic Jars be at superior? Thanks Mathieu
