Another rules question. Can you use Giant's Blood to "fill up" a vampire that is uncontrolled? The card makes no mention of the vampire needing to be ready, or even in play. It just says fill a vampire up to its blood capacity (I'm paraphrasing; I don't even *own* the card, and there is no spoiler list on the Jyhad web site). A friend of ours here plays it to fill up an uncontrolled vampire (usually a 10-blooder), and the rest of us thinks that's lame. Thoughts? Janann due...@ac.grin.edu

You can do *exactly* that- "Giant's Blood: ...restore a vampire to full capacity from the Blood Bank..." This implies the Vampire had to have been influenced to full at one time or another during the game, so it can't be used on an uncontrolled lick. > A friend of ours here plays it to fill up an uncontrolled vampire (usually a > 10-blooder), and the rest of us thinks that's lame. Nope. Incorrect. > Thoughts? Thinking of peanut butter... Mmmmm....<drool> Jere Culleton (Rush Rules!!!)

Cards cannot affect uncontrolled vampires unless stated explicitly. Cards *can* affect un-ready (torpored) vampire unless expressly forbidden (usu. by stating "ready" on the card). Yes, GB on uncontrolled is *very* lame, and illegal. -- L.
