I have the following errata for this card: Madness Network - Unique Master (Mal) *Reaction Cards can be played is response to another Methuselah's action on your own turn. Action cards and action modifiers can be played whenever you take an action, even when it is not your turn.[RTR 951110] *Malkavians may block *in addition* to the normally eligible blockers.[RTR 950530] *Malkavians do not have to be Ready to take an action via the Network. (i.e., a Torpored Malk could rescue himself from Torpor)[RTR 950509] The question I have is when the Malk takes an action out of turn, can they play out of turn master cards during their Madness Networked turn. Common sense seems to predict no, but hey, since when did Jyhad start using common sense. Raille.

"during the Madness networked action", you mean. Madness Network does not alter whose turn it is. The Malk's controller can play an out-of-turn Master card, since it is not her turn. > Common > sense seems to predict no, but hey, since when did Jyhad start using common > sense. You can play out-of-turn masters when it is not your turn. The Malk is acting when it is not your turn. You are not the Malk, you are a Methuselah, so common sense also predicts "yes" (IMO). -- LSJ (vte...@wizards.com) VTES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast. Could anyone direct me to the appropriate place? (This really screws my non-deflectable Spirodonas as a Malkavian deck).

[ quoted text not captured ] That errata was incorporated into the rulebook (see my .sig, below). Since it is now part of the rules, it no longer appears in the errata list. -- LSJ (vte...@wizards.com) VTES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast.
