Sabbat - afftected by Cammarilla cards???

Are the new antitribu vamps able to use Camarilla specific cards? i.e. are the Gangrel Antitribu still affected by the Revel? i.e. Can a Toreador Antitribu still get the plus bleed of Aire of Elation as a Toreador?

All the Sabbat antitribu are considered to be different clans from there Camarilla counter parts. None of the Camarilla specific cards or bonuses are usable by them, and none of the Sabbat specific cards are usable by the Camarilla clans. Steve Bucy I'd be better off undead...
