LSJ Madness Network

can i play reaction cards if i use madness network on other peoples turns.....ie...call a vote after my prey's minion phase and have another untapped minion use a reaction vote card?

Reaction cards can be played only on the actions attempted by other Methuselahs' minions (regardless of whose turn it is), and action cards (incl. political actions) and action modifiers can be played similarly without regard to whose turn it is.
