LSJ#
We had fifteen players at our pre-release.
Every deck was represented four times, except the Anathema which
was only represented thrice.
We drafted in pods of 8 and 7 with equal representation of
each deck in each pod (minus one Anathema deck, of course).
Each table was a five player table with 4 distinct base decks
plus one (one duplicated pair).
Half the tables timed out will all decks still standing.
The only game wins both went to the Gangrel antitribu bases
with Tom scoring a 4 on the first round and David C. scoring
3 on the second round.
The other ousts were made by Jordan (for the Baali), ousting the
Anathema (me) in round 1 and Mike (also for the Baali) ousting both
the Anathema (Robyn) and Jordan's Baali in round 2.
The finals were composed of the top-scoring deck from each
base starter:
GW/VP
Alastor - 0/1
Anathema - 0/1
Baali - 0/2.5
Gangrel antitribu - 1/4.5
The finals timed out as well, with all players still standing
(although the Gangrel antitribu deck and the Anathema deck
would each have gotten their respective preys, the Alastors
and Baali, in the next two minutes).
I didn't record last names, so: congratulations to Tom (Gangrel
antitribu), Tracy (Anathema), Mike (Baali), and Shoop (Alastors,
substituting for the other Alastor deck that couldn't stay for
the final).
