What range is Fast Hands?

I noticed that at superior Canine Horde states: (S) Strike: destroy equipment with First Strike. Usable at long range. However, Fast Hands does not give a range it can be used at. Strike: steal weapon. (S) Strike: steal weapon with First Strike. My questions are: (1) What range can I use Fast Hands at?
