Another Dawn Operation question

Let's say Basilia attempts to bleed. Someone blocks her and she plays Dawn Operation and DotB. In combat she plays Form of Mist, and combat ends and the opposing vampire is sent to torpor. What if another minion then gets the required intercept and blocks Basilia, would Dawn Operation still be in effect, since it says "If bloced, all damage..." and in this case she is blocked?
