1. If Samantha uses a Meat Cleaver, is the +1 damage the MC inflicts agg? What if Badger strikes Meat Cleaver, then plays Wolf Claws? 2. Can the Black Spiral Buddy (or any ally) play Channeling the Beast - i.e. cards that do not require disciplines but do require a blood (life?) cost. This is of course not counting those allies that have special text indicating that they can play cards of a discipline and the cost if any of those cards is payed with life. 3. I play Carrion Crows. He plays S:CE. Does his minion still take 1 pt. damage? I think not. 4. If the Bonecraft's 1 damage is prevented, is the rest of the effect of the card in effect (the -1/-2 hand damage)? 5. Can Bonecraft cause a vampire to go to -1 hand damage (or more?). I assume multiple Bonecrafts cause multiples of the -1/-2 hand damage. It would be treated as 0 damage when a strike resolved but would actually be -whatever for purposes of raising it back up. -- James Coupe (Prince of Mercia) Change nospam to obeah to reply Vampire: Elder Kindred Network madnessnetwork.hexagon.net

Yes, per the ruling on Pulled Fangs (if it's prevented, the no-hunt is still in effect). >>5. Can Bonecraft cause a vampire to go to -1 hand damage >>(or more?). If a minon is at (say) -2 hand damage, it would need a superior Torn Signpost to get up to 1. Permanent -X hand damage is ultranasty for Potence decks. gomi

It resolves when the strike of the vampire who played it resolves. If this is at first strike, then so be it. But, if either (or both) minions S:CE, the resolve strike step is ended "before any damage is dealt". > >4. If the Bonecraft's 1 damage is prevented, is the rest of > >the effect of the card in effect (the -1/-2 hand damage)? Yes. Preventing damage doesn't prevent the other (non-damage) part of the strike.
