[WWW] Wizards's web site redesigned - update your links!

As advertised, the Wizards of the Coast web pages have been redesigned, renamed, and restructured. The main VtES page is now back at: http://www.wizards.com/VTES/Welcome.html The tournaments that make up Crusade: World are listed at: http://www.wizards.com/VTES/VTES_Tournaments.html The Card Lists are at: http://www.wizards.com/VTES/VTES_Cardsets.html (with individual splash pages: Jyhad.html, Vampire.html, Dark_Sovereigns.html, Ancient_Hearts.html, and Sabbat.html) The individual card lists are the same as always, however, with all the old typos, so don't bother downloading them expecting them to be fixed.
