LSJ - world qualifier ?

hi ! lets' pretend i go to LA next week , participate into a Us championship qualifier, then come back home. Am i qualified for the European Championship ? i thought you LSJ mentioned somewhere that if you qualify anywhere in the world, you get a place for your-part-of-the-world tournament. thanks ! reyda
