Yes. Similarly, any vampire with both Humanitas and Catacombs can rescue
a vampire from torpor a for zero blood (and at 3 stealth for vampires
with the same controller).

No. You can only yield during your untap phase.
And then, if you yield one, you still have to pay a pool to contest
the other. If you don't, then you must yield both.
And then you still won't get the one that you paid a pool for back
until your next following untap phase.
