If you are ousted while controlling another person's Malkavian through Malkavian Dementia, is that Malkavian taken from the game along with the rest of the minions you control? Thanx in advance. NuggetEd e.g. Edless Orseman e.g. Malkav@aol

There are no special exceptions for cards expected to change control shortly. Cards like Millicent Smith and demented Malkavians burn with you, returning to their owners. [ quoted text not captured ] So, but that logic, you could play Malkavian Dementia to take temporary control of a Malkavian, even if said Malkavian's controller had been ousted. I don't think so. Malk Dementia does not provide a mechanism for propping the target Malk up when the temporary controller is ousted, so the Malk is burned just like the rest of the temporary controller's other Minions. [9] Any of your opponent's cards you may have are returned to the respective owners and placed in their _ash_heaps_. (Emphasis as per rulebook). I don't see what the confusion is.
