Press to diablerize

Hope you can help with this one. When our group started playing Jyhad around four years ago, we used the press to diablorize rule, but with all these newby players, they've brought an interesting point; it doesn't say anything in the VTES rules about being able to press to commit diablorie. Please confirm the abolition of this rule, so our group can increase our playing performance in adherence to the proper rules.

While I'm really not quite sure what "pressing to diabolrize" is (possibly a rule out of the simplified introductory rules?), in the actual rules, Diabolary only occurs A) when one vampire goes and diabolarizes another vampire in Torpor or B) a vampire plays Amaranth in a combat where his opponent is going to torpor.
