I have a friend who believes that Eagle's Sight (superior) means that the action it's reacting against is automatically blocked. Is he right, or does it actually just allow you to try and block an action that you normally couldn't? Superior Eagle's Sight simply allows the vampire to block the action even if that player couldn't have normally tried to.
