Poking around various LotN spoilers, I saw Luna and I have 2 questions about her: "...During a referendum, Luna may remove X political action cards in any ash heaps from the game to gain X votes." (this text comes from the scan on ebay, so I assume it's correct) 1) Does this include Charming Lobby/Bujo/other actions that are "political actions" by card text but not the traditional kind? 2) Does this include the political action card played for the current referendum (since it must have gone to the ash heap for being successfully played)? If yes, what happens if Delaying Tactics is played? Is the card still returned to the voter's hand? If no, then why not? Thanks.
