Clan Imper. and Justicars question for Shawn

Does Clan Imp. do anything to the vampires voting status if they were say a justicar. for example Aneke impersonates a Nosferatu is she still Toreador justicar or is she a contestable nosferatu justicar or does she lose the title or what?
