HI ! To everibody ! 1- I play superior Slaughtering The Herd on a opponent's vampire with 0 blood... what's happening now ? a - He cannot pay the blood to make the "hunt" action, so he cannot hunt at all b - He is not forced to pay if he has no blood, so he skips the payment and go hunting 2- I play inferior Reality on one of my vamps to avoid being rushed, but my minion reach 0 blood... the Reality forbid him to do anithing other than burn Reality... what's happening now ? a - He cannot hunt so he stay ready b - Some fuzzy rule I dunno kicks in and force something 3- Do anybody know if the new Talbot Chainsaw will still be a "weapon" instead of a "melee weapon" ?? 4- My Setite plays Sanguine Instruction (Serpentis) upon Ian Forrestal (that can already play -ser- inferior)... what's happening now ? Does he gain the superior -SER- ??? Thanks

John

Does he gain the superior -SER- ??? From card text of Sanguine Instruction: "Choose a Discipline this vampire has at superior. Put this card on a ready vampire of the SAME CLAN as this acting vampire." So first off a setite cannot play Sanguine instruction on Ian or any other clan other than another Setite. But if Ian had clan impersonnated into a Setite you could then do this. The result is that Ian has lesser serpentis. To gain SER the Setite would have to do it again. Ian's card text refers only to master cards. http://groups.google.com/groups?selm=3C68F785.F3DB038C%40white-wolf.com&outp ut=gplain -JTP

"Will" ? Don't know in the upcoming CE, anyway the talbot has been always a (unique) "weapon", not a melee weapon. > > 4- My Setite plays Sanguine Instruction (Serpentis) upon Ian Forrestal (that > can already play -ser- inferior)... > what's happening now ? Does he gain the superior -SER- ??? No, only Master:discipline cards grants Ian the superior version of the discipline. Ian doesn't "have" the disciplines he can play by his ability, so a sanguine instruction grants him the normal level of a discipline. hope this help ciao Emiliano, v:ekn prince of Rome <snip>

You're using Outlook Express. Somewhere in the options/preferences area should be a setting for wrapping lines of your composed messages to some value, probably 72. Change this value to something larger, like 200, and then press [RETURN] yourself. I use Netscape 4.76. With the preferences so adjusted, your link looks like this when I post it: http://groups.google.com/groups?selm=3C68F785.F3DB038C%40white-wolf.com&output=gplain -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. It's not something I use myself - not using OE - and it offers a lot more features too. However, amongst its features list it mentions: # Reformat: re-assemble unquoted broken URLs (where detectable) This may be of use to people, I'm not entirely sure. It fixes a lot of other things too. http://home.in.tum.de/~jain/software/quotefix.php is the link I've always been given. It appears to redirect now, but still works. A number of news-readers are also mildly intelligent with split-up URLs and will allow them to be reassembled quickly. (Mine does, for instance.) -- James Coupe PGP 0x5D623D5D Don't just clap.
