Hello, The followings happened during one of my recent games and the opinions were completely different about the outcome of the action. I try to describe, what happened. Haakon Mortensen is in torpor untapped. He plays regeneration at superior. Kyj Dansky with +1 intercept is ready to block Haakon. Suddenly Haakon plays a daring the dawn making this action unblockable. I think right after this action Haakon burns like a torch since he had been in torpor before the action resolved. Unfortunately some players not to mention the controller of Haakon strongly disagreed on this. Can you advise me if A vampire can survive such an action? Thanks in advance! Draxx

Assuming he plays both Regeneration and Daring the Dawn at superior, he will gain 5 blood from Regen and then take 1 aggravated damage from DtD, for which he will have to burn 1 blood to prevent his destruction (since he's "wounded"), so he nets 4 blood (assuming none of the 5 blood drained off - that is, assuming he has the capacity to hold the five extra blood that he gained from the Regen). -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
