2 Questions

If you block a Bum's Rush is the maneuver canceled? What effects can you do during a Bloodhunt? ie can you tap Ventrue Headquarters, The Masoleum, burn a vote card. I'm pretty sure you can't play reaction or action modifier cards because no Vampire is calling the action. Thanks, ~Matt Strehlow

[ quoted text not captured ] Correct. It is not an action (therefore, not a political action) and cannot be blocked, modified with action modifiers or reacted to with reaction cards. It is a referendum, though, so a Methuselah can burn a Political Action card from her hand for a vote and can burn the Edge for a vote, etc. [ quoted text not captured ]
