Hi, is it possible to get an event card from your ash heap with
Clio's Kiss?
Card says it has to be non-unique and not a master card. Events
cannot be played but once per game, but is it considered unique?

IANLSJ, but I would say, yes. They are library cards, they are not
masters, they don't have the 'unique' keyword*.
*Note that crypt cards are unique by default, as per the rulebook, so
they don't have the keyword.

No.
Similarly, Clio's Kiss could retrieve a Giant's Blood card.
