patricia questions

A few make-sure questions for the above Patricia-deck: 1. Must Patricia Giovanni fulfill the requirements of the retainer she attempts to employ? I.e. can she get Charnas for me? 2. If she can employ charnas, does she still get to put him on another vampire? 3. Situation: Vamp A has Charnas and Society of Leopold and one blood. Whicj effect takes place first: Charnas, when untapping or Leopold, during untap. I.e can A first burn one blood for Leopold, then take one damage from charnas and thus avoiding to burn? More complicated: A has Vampiric Disease and Leopold and no blood plus hunting ground. Can he/she first fail to burn blood for disease, then gain one blood from hunting ground and then burn that blood for Leopold? 4. When recruiting Charnas via sup. Compel the Spirit, do I still have to put him on the acting vampire? And do I have to be a tremere?

One more: If Patricia can employ Charnas, is that action then still a (D) action???
