For LSJ and the rest of the Rules Team: A while back there was a discussion about whether or not vampires should be forced to take actions if they have a cost. In thinking about a crazy deck idea of mine, I found a situation where this would be broken: Chain of Command + Lorrie Dunsirn Here is Chain of Command's text: Put X younger vampires from your uncontrolled region in play with 1 blood from the blood bank each (in addition to any blood they already have). You cannot choose any unique vampires already in play. Those vampires must bleed. When one of them bleeds successfully, or when all that can bleed have, move them all to the bottom of your crypt. If you play Chain of Command, and choose only Lorrie, and she were able to choose not to take her mandatory 1-pool-cost bleed, then she could stay in play forever by the wording of this card, as long as she never took an action (although if she ever did take an action, it would have to be a bleed, and she would move back to the bottom of the crypt at that point). Wording says to move the vampires to the bottom of the crypt "when one of them bleeds successfully" (which she would not), "or when all that can bleed have" (she *can* bleed, she just chooses not to). By current rules, she would be forced to take her bleed action and pay a pool if successful, of course, and then return to the bottom of the crypt. Just thought I would point that out.
