Cartman

1) Vamp A tries an action and is blocked; B plays sup. Malleable Visage and enters combat. Can A take the same action, since is untapped? 2)Is Crimson Fury playable by a vampire trying to leave torpor? Thanx

Can A take the same action, since is untapped? Sure. Should follow all the same rulings as Mask of 1000 Faces. >2)Is Crimson Fury playable by a vampire trying to leave torpor? Nope. It's playable only as a reaction card or a combat card. A vampire trying to leave torpor is the acting minion, and cannot play it as a reaction card. And a vampire blocked while leaving torpor is not in combat, so cannot play it as a combat card. -- Derek "You should rush your predator this turn." "Why?" "Because he's not me."

However, it doesn't follow the same TEXT as Mask, which states "now the new minion is the acting minion". Since only the COMBAT is cancelled, not the action, I'll change my mind and guess that NRA actually applies, and you CAN'T take the same action again. My bad. =) (and now you actually have to wait for LSJ to respond and tell you which i'm right on. Sorry =) [ quoted text not captured ]

The card text isn't supportive there, though. I'll put this on the RT list for review. [ quoted text not captured ]
