This concerns any cards that have the effect of Raptor, which reduces an opponent's hand size. How does the extra card get removed? Does your opponent choose which card he wants to remove, or do you randomly select a card. Also, if it is just for combat, do you discard it and replace it after combat, or do you choose one and place it face-down on the table until combat is over? Thanks. p.

[ quoted text not captured ] Any time you have more cards in your hand than your hand size allows, you discard down to your hand size. If you have fewer, you draw up to your hand size (drawing from your library). [1.6.1.2] So, in your example, your opponent chooses which card he discards at the start of combat. After Combat, he draws back up to his hand size from his library. -- LSJ (vte...@wizards.com) VTES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast.
