LSJ, as far as I can see from a Google search, this has not been officially answered here in the newsgroup: What is the official releease date for Selena? So, when will she be legal for constructed tournaments? Regards, Hardy Range Prince of Bochum, Germany http://www.vekn.de

I have no answer yet. I don't know when she first appeared in a magazine on the shelves. I've put a query in to Chad for that information. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. Hello LSJ, any results yet to your query? Last weekend, there has been the first incident where one player at a tournament was not allowed to use Selena, although the card clearly has been in distribution longer than 30 days. My apologies. So, by fiat, the card is now considered to have been officially released on November 5, 2003. That will make it legal for constructed deck play on December 5, 2003. I presume if they are physically indistinguishable then the Selena in boosters/starters would have to be allowed too. which means....there is 1 (one) Black Hand card legal for the Australian Championships! huzzah!
