Can you designate the present owner of the Territoty as his new owner ? Orpheus

Called by any vampire at +1 stealth. Choose a location and a Methuselah. Successful referendum means the chosen Methuselah takes control of the chosen location. From card text, I do not see any reason why you cannot. So yes, you can designate the present owner as the new owner. An interesting follow-up question is that, assuming that this is allowed, is there a period of time between a player losing control of a location and regaining control? For example, if your prey has 4 pool and the High Museum of Art and you Dispute the Territory to your prey again, is there a brief period of time between losing control of the location and regaining control where his pool will drop to 0 and he will be ousted? Similarly for gaining the edge when you already have it (Form of Corruption doesn't gain a counter in that case, for example). [ quoted text not captured ]

In addition, since Blood Doll has specific text allowing the controller of the minion to use it, once again, the controller of the Blood Doll is only important if he/she is about to be ousted (cause then it'll burn). If Disputed Territory is played on the Rack, you simply choose a ready vamp as the text indicates. Halcyan 2

Succubuc Club can only be used on cards the Methuselah controls, not cards on the vampires. You can trade the vampire that has the haven uncovered... Can't with blood dolls, yes on the rack, no on Loquipment, no on retainers, no on equipment, yes on allies. Just think what cards you can take WITH the vampires if you corrupt it. Does card you can't succubus club trade...
