Say I have in my ready region Abd Al Rashid, who is an anarch, and Anwar, who is not. Anwar is tapped after performing some action (doesn’t matter which). I have in my uncontrolled region an Anarch Convert. Abd Al Rashid successfully performs the Undue Influence action at quietus, and puts a counter on the Anarch Convert. The Convert is moved into the ready region according to the Undue Influence card text. Since he has “come into play”, I use the Anarch Convert’s card text to remove him from the game and make Anwar an anarch. Is there a window in the resolution of the action after the Convert has come into play and made Anwar an anarch, where Abd al Rashid can play CrimethInc action modifier at qui to untap a ready anarch i.e. Anwar, who has just “joined the fold”?

Sure.
