Hey - Echo is in Game Trade Magazine For those that don't know Echo: Echo Nosferatu Cap: 7 POT OBF CEL dom aus Group: 4 Camarilla: Echo gets +1 strength in combat with a Red List minion. Illus: Rik Martin

Hmm...is this issue of Game Trade Magazine already available? If this is true, then when will Echo be tournament legal? (I recall there being some ambiguity in the past regarding the release date of a promo that came with a magazine).
