Jyhad/V:TES Tournament DFW June 5th

Calling All Methuselahs. Come Join us for Praxis Seizure: Dallas Saturday, June 5th, 1999 starting at 1:00 p.m. The tournament will be held at Project A-Kon 10. This event is DCI Sanctioned and sponsored by the Vampire: Elder Kindred Network the official fan organization for Vampire: the Eternal Struggle. We will be using the current DCI tournament rules including all official clarifications, errata, and rulings. There will be an entry fee for the convention approximately $15 for Saturday only or $37 for the entire weekend. I am going to a tournament in the SF Bay area of California this month, I've been outta Jyhad action since I moved here several months ago. Where might I find a copy of the current rulings on cards and such? The link provded here just doesn't appear active... Travis
