Blood from the Edge and Intercept Gaining - LSJ

Heather Florent refers to blood gained from the edge. How wide-ranging is this? Is this only the blood gained from having the edge at the start of your turn? Would it count blood gained by Victoria allowing you to forfeit the edge? Would it count blood gained from Using the Advantage? ie Could I put blood from Victoria and Using the Advantage onto Heather? I think that Using the Advantage is a no-no, but I was in two minds about Victoria but Using the Advantage made me think that that was a no- no too. Also, how does Andreas work with regard to his intercept gaining ability? How long does it last? That action? Victoria: pool gained is not from the Edge, but from Victoria allowing you to burn the Edge.
