Can you tap a tapped card? Can you untap an untapped card? Comments Welcome, Norman S. Brown, Jr XZealot Archon of the Swamp

Doing so to a card that is already tapped won't power any effect that needed the tapping (the "tap it to do something else" type cases), however. Likewise for "untap it" effects.

[ quoted text not captured ] Specifically, Can you use a Homoculus to untap an untapped vampire? Or, Do you burn a blood off of an untapped vampire with Vampiric Disease during the beginning of the untap phase? Or, Can you Tap a tapped Brujah in the Master phase for Brujah Debate (say one that had a Sensory Deprivation on him/her). Comments Welcome, Norman S. Brown, Jr XZealot Archon of the Swapm

The normal example is tapping the same Brujah for multiple Debates.
