Sure, if the vampire is acting and the opposing vampire gains an
additional
strike (as required by PI).

which is curious, as i would have thought you would be able to cancel
your additional wind dance dodge, but then be forced to choose it
again as your new strike.
Kind of like maneuvering with a gun, and then cancelling your
compulsory gun strike with Primal Instincts leaves you still having to
choose your gun as your new strike.
What happens if you strike superior Wind Dance and then cancel your
initial strike with PI. Do you still get the additional Strike:Dodge?
