Ok, I know we've all been through this a million times, but a debate came up just an hour ago regarding rot. A bleeds. B blocks(with ivory bow). Before range nothing, B manuevers to long range. A declares Canine Horde. B declares 1R Agg with Ivory Bow, then Rotschrek. Legal or not? I mean, i'm like positive that its a) legal b) B still has his Ivory bow. But some people don't believe me and i need written updated proof. And i don't use google groups so no search for me. Sorry :D

The key to this situation is remembering that Rotschreck is played when strikes are declared and none of the strikes resolve. Sorry :D You don't need to use google groups directly to search the newsgroup, you can use any of these locations: http://vtes-hunter-net.tripod.com/search.htm http://www.thelasombra.com/search.htm http://www.white-wolf.com/vtes/index.php?line=rulings http://ashheap.storageannex.com/googlesearch.htm http://wanderers-counsel.tripod.com/index.html

Quite. 3.22 Is negative intercept/stealth possible? Can I block a 0-stealth action if I have -1 intercept? Negative values of intercept, stealth, strength, and bleed are all possible. There are a number of cards that reduce an opponent's values in one of those areas that can bring their total below zero. The most frequent time it matters is with -1 intercept. A number of cards will give an opposing minion -1 intercept (Miranda Sanova, Leon, Lucita, Call of the Hungry Dead, The Missing Voice) and this can bring their total intercept to a negative amount. A minion with a negative intercept amount cannot block an action at zero stealth. The intercept amount must equal the stealth amount for a minion to be able to block.

No, except if notified on the cardtext (for example: nightshades)
