Minion A plays Eyes of Blades at superior. Minion B plays Burst of
Sunlight (or any other appropriate agg strike.) Can Rotschreck be
played, and would it send Minion A to torpor?
I believe the answer is yes and yes, because Minion B is attempting to
inflict agg damage.

Yes, because Rotschreck doesn't care about immunity to the strike, the
damage or anything - just the strike attempt made with Agg.
