I'm sure this has been discussed, but I can't find it on the rules/errata/clarification web site. Theft of Vitae says "Usable at long range." I believe this to mean it can be used either at short range(the default) or at long range. I could see someone arguing that by card text, it specifies usable at long range, and by exclusion that it is not usable at short range. Which is it? Thanks, Jeffrey
